Returns
You want to return something because it doesn't suit, you aren't happy with it, or its faulty? Easy.
With a local warehouse and sales team, we focus on personalised service - and that means cost savings for you. If you find you've ordered something incorrectly, it doesn't do what you need, or it doesn't work, simply refer to our three-step process.
To return an item download the RMA Form and email it to us at sales@premierart.com.au. We'll then review your application and respond to your request. Your replacement or refund is processed. Easy.
Returns Policy:
Premier Art Supplies is committed to personalised service, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you understand your rights, and our commitment to you.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Premier Art Supplies will offer you a credit or refund provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
- The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and
- In the case of and DVDs the original security seal or shrink wrap is intact and that:
- The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
If these requirements are not satisfied Premier Art Supplies reserves the right not to offer a credit or refund for change of mind returns.
Where goods have been purchased in specially for the customer Premier Art Supplies reserve the right to charge a handling fee for any customer returns.
Goods on which a change of mind return is not available
- The following categories are not eligible for return under change of mind:
Special Buy-ins
- Clearance Items
- Printer Cartridges
- Toner Cartridges
- E-Pay Software and Gift cards
- Food and Beverages
- First Aid
These products can still be returned if they are faulty.
Other Returns
Premier Art Supplies abide by all conditions as set down in Australian Consumer Law. We will accept product returns and provide you a credit, refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality
Under Australian consumer law, the manufacturer carries the warranty. Premier Art Supplies may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. The manufacturer reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Please be aware that data (including, but not limited to, images, music and video) may be lost during the repair process of electrical and electronic products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal data is deleted before return to Premier Art Supplies.
Faulty product is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Premier Art Supplies will handle the claim on your behalf.
The manufacturer may elect to replace items with refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.
Premier Art Supplies reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
Premier Art Supplies will arrange to collect goods that are faulty, at no charge to the customer.
Please note:
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
The risk in the goods remains with the customer until received by Premier Art Supplies.
Premier Art Supplies will always endeavour to process credits for same within the same trading month.
